PULLING SPREAD AXLE AIR RIDE CURTAIN VAN
TRAILERS.
TRAILER POOLS:
WE HAVE TRAILER
POOLS AND A LOCAL DRIVERS
THAT WORKS EACH POOL. THE LOCAL DRIVERS JOB IS TO LOAD AND
UNLOAD OUR TRAILERS IN TACOMA, PORTLAND, ALBANY, AND
RENO NEVADA. THROUGH THE
TRAILER POOLS AND OUR LOCAL DRIVER NETWORK, OTR DRIVERS WILL
LIKELY LOAD AND UNLOAD TRAILERS OUT SIDE OF THE TRAILER POOL
AREAS. NOW OUR OTR FLEET CAN MAXIMIZE THE LOG BOOK, AND
MAXIMIZE THE DAILY DRIVING MILES BY DROPPING INBOUND
TRAILERS, AND PICKING AN OUTBOUND TRAILER.

IF YOU LOVE THE
I-5 CORRIDOR, 50% OF OUR TRAFFIC
IS BETWEEN TACOMA AND LOS ANGELES. HATE LA, WE HAVE RUNS
FROM PORTLAND AND SEATTLE TO THE RENO, SACRAMENTO AND
STOCKTON AREAS. WE CAN TAYLOR FIT YOU TO ANY OF OUR
TRAFFIC LANES.
IF YOU HATE THE
I-5 CORRIDOR, WE HAVE DAILY SERVICE INTO
COLORADO, AND
NEVADA. WE HAVE WEEKLY SERVICE INTO THE ARIZONA, NEVADA, UTAH,
SOUTHERN NEVADA AND ILLINOIS. WE ALSO
OPERATE A CROSS DOCKING FACILITY IN ALBANY
OREGON WHERE WE CONSOLIDATE INBOUND
SHIPMENTS TO THE
NORTH WEST STATES. OUR LOCAL DRIVER FLEET WILL DISTRIBUTE
THESE SHIPMENTS AND RETURN TO ONE OF THE TRAILER
POOL TERMINALS WITH ANOTHER OUTBOUND LOAD.
ADDITIONALLY WE HAVE A SMALL
FLEET OF TRUCKS OPERATING OUT OF LOS ANGELES
CALIFORNIA WITH WEEKLY SERVICE TO ARIZONA, UTAH,
NM, COLORADO, AND
DAILY THROUGH OUT CALIFORNIA.
75% OF OUR WORK IS ROUTINE.
WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS YOU WILL SEE REPEAT DELIVERIES,
AND REPEAT DISPATCH'S. CALLING FOR DISPATCH BECOMES A SLAM
DUNK WHEN YOUR FAMILIAR WITH THE TRAILER POOLS, THE
CUSTOMERS, AND THE FREIGHT LANES.
DRIVER PAY:
DRIVERS ARE PAID .32
PER MILE BASED ON THE PC PRACTICAL MILER. ADDITIONAL PICK
AND DROP PAY IS PAID AT 10.00 EACH
AND DETENTION OR HOURLY PAY WHERE APPLICABLE.
BONUS MILES:
AT THE END OF
THE MONTH, ALL DRIVERS OVER 12,500 MILES FOR THAT MONTH
RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL .02 FOR ALL MILES TRAVELED. THIS IS
CONSIDERED A LONGEVITY INCENTIVE AND IS PAID ON THE
WEDNESDAY CLOSEST THE FIFTEENTH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH. THE
DRIVER AVERAGE FOR 30 MONTHS IS
11,800 MILES PER MONTH AND WE INSIST ON A LEGAL LOG.
ANY DRIVER LEAVING THE COMPANY PRIOR TO THE DAY THE
INCENTIVE IS PAID FORFEITS THE INCENTIVE PAY.
WE RUN MAINLY
FLAT BED FREIGHT SOUTH AND EAST FOLLOWED BY PALLETIZED
FREIGHT NORTH AND WEST. WE DO NOT HAUL GROCERIES.
CELL PHONE
ALLOWANCE:
DRIVERS
MUST HAVE THEIR OWN CELL PHONE WHEN SIGNING ON AND WILL
RECEIVE $50.00 PER MONTH FOR THE CELL PHONE SERVICE. THE
CELL PHONE ALLOWANCE IS PAID ON THE 1ST PAYCHECK OF EACH
MONTH.
WEEKLY PAY:
PAYDAY IS
WEDNESDAY OF EACH WEEK. DIRECT
DEPOSIT IS AVAILABLE.
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
MEDICAL INSURANCE IS
PROVIDED TO THE EMPLOYEE ONLY @ 50% OF COST AFTER 90 DAYS OF
EMPLOYMENT. OUR INSURANCE
PROVIDER IS KAISER PERMANENTE. FAMILY'S CAN BE ADDED
AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THE EMPLOYEE.
WE ALSO OFFER SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE FOR OPTICAL AND DENTAL
AS WELL AS AFLAC.
TRIP PAK:
WE USE TRIP PAK ENVELOPES
FOR OUR TRIP SHEETS AND BILLS OF LADING PAPER FLOW. EACH
TRIP PAK CAN BE SENT BACK TO THE OFFICE FROM MOST TRUCK
STOPS FREE TO THE DRIVER. JUST STUFF YOUR PAPERWORK FROM
YOUR PREVIOUS LOAD INTO THE TRIP PAK ENVELOPE, AND SLIP IT
IN A TRIP PAK DROP BOX WHILE YOU FUEL.
EFS FUEL CARDS:
THE EFS
FUEL CARD IS ACCEPTED AT ALL MAJOR TRUCK STOPS. WE
TRACK OUR FUEL PRICING DAILY FOR OUR
BEST BUY BETWEEN THE FLYING J, THE PILOT, AND THE TA TRUCK
STOPS. THE EFS FUEL CARD IS ALSO GOOD FOR SCALES AND OIL IF
NEEDED. A CASH ADVANCE IS ALSO AVAILABLE THROUGH THE EFS
FUEL CARD AT A MAX OF 75.00 PER WEEK, FEES WILL APPLY.
I AM LOOKING FOR DRIVERS
WHO KNOW THAT LEAVING ON TIME WILL PUT YOU AT YOUR DELIVERY
ON TIME. MANY OF OUR LOADS ARE EITHER SCHEDULED DELIVERIES,
AND OR TIME SENSITIVE FREIGHT. WE RUN A CLEAN OPERATION AND
BELIEVE THAT DRIVERS
ARE THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS,
AND COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO A DRIVERS SUCCESS. MOST OF
OUR FREIGHT IS WEEKLY DEDICATED FREIGHT SO REPETITIVE
DELIVERIES AND FAMILIAR FACES MAKE FOR
A COMFORTABLE SURROUNDING. WE STAY AS FAR AS WE CAN
FROM "FOOD GRADE" LOADS AND DOCKS. TIME OFF BY PRE-APPROVAL
IS NON-CONTESTED, AND HOME TIME IS "AS REQUESTED" UNLESS
ABUSED. OUR DRIVERS ENJOY THEIR JOBS HERE AND THAT IS
REFLECTED BY OUR BELOW AVERAGE DRIVER TURNOVER. PLEASE
